The records are housed in a thick hardcover jacket with two glued-in gatefold covers. Includes a twelve-page booklet in LP format. Green vinyl limited to 60 copies.
Handnumbered on the back of the cover (out of 759 copies in total) and also on the hype sticker on the outersleeve (out of 60 copies in green vinyl).

The pressing plant had forgotten the color black for the green-black and the yellow-black versions, so pure yellow and pure green were pressed. The band and label then decided to take 60 pieces of each. All pressings have a special sticker that shows which pressing it is. This version ranges from #203 to #262 on back cover.
