Only on the front cover is the text "Cinderella Rockefella." The album has become known as "Cinderella Rockefella."
Cinderella Rockefella is similar but with green labels.
The matrix proper is stamped. Other characters are etched, often rather small, generally on the opposite side from the matrix.
