Record comes in generic dust sleeve with white labels. Side A label has the "Sonic Recording Products, Inc." labels, along with the catalog number (though written differently than on the release) as "MES-6812" and a date of "August 19, 1968." Side B is a blank white label with no writing. The record was not released, however until 1972.
