This version came in a cover made from a cut-to-size manila envelope. The front cover has silver spray paint on it and the artwork has been screened with maroon colored ink. The back cover has a gold foil star sticker, a rubber stamp in blue ink with Fragil / Rebel Alliance and their mailing address, and the song names with a star in black ink. The vinyl came housed in a plain white paper dust sleeve. This version also came with two inserts and a power ranger sticker. One of the inserts is a hand torn one-sided photocopied Fragil / Rebel Alliance catalog. The other insert is a photocopied Eurich insert that has been rubber stamped on the other side in blue ink with a different version of the Fragil Records mailing address.
