This version came in a one-sided photocopied fold-over cover. The vinyl came housed in a plain white paper dust sleeve. This version also came with two photocopied inserts. One of the inserts is a one-sided Fragil Records catalog. The other insert is a one-sided Eurich insert. This is a later version of this release.
