Yellow vinyl edition, issued in sleeves with a white background on the back and a violet duotone image on the front.
Hand-numbered out of 500. Some (all?) copies were issued with a Euthanasia cloth patch and a sticker. See Images.

Another, black vinyl edition of 500 has with a blue/cyan back background and mechanically-stamped numbers.
Other black vinyl and un-numbered yellow vinyl copies also exist in sleeves with the duotone image printed in magenta.
