Issued with CD, Evelyn Evelyn sticker, and a 4-page insert with lyrics, 'credits', and Jason and Amanda's own accounts of their encounter with the Evelyns.

Both ukulele and accordion credits are given to the same Evelyn, although it is almost certainly Amanda on ukulele and Jason on accordion.
