First Riverside label; white with black text and "RIVERSIDE" in white in light blue box at top. The use of this label as opposed to the more common blue label seems to be a tradition period as the use of the blue labels began in 1956.

Although not indicated on the front cover, the liner notes indicate this LP is "Volume V" of the series, though the back cover makes reference to it as: "one-volume supplement..." to the four volume set - "The English and Scottish Popular Ballads (The Child Ballads)".
"Produced in association with The Folklore Press" is noted on the front cover.
