The main cover is just plain white. The band's name is printed on the left, interior side of the inlay card and can be seen through the left side of the clear tray. Also printed on the inlay card interior is "thank you for that perfect day...", which is listed in some web references as the title of the album (e.g. Gracenote / cddb.com). However on the bands website this album is only called "self titled album".
