Released in a black-and-white picture sleeve with center label cutouts. Artist and title are printed on front of sleeve. Back of sleeve has a large UC logo and smaller X 10 CIV logo.

Both center labels are printed in black and white. A-side label reads DJ Promo Copy below the artist and title, and B-side label reads UC Records Promo. Cat # is printed as DDH-1002 on label, but etched as DDH 1002 in the runout grooves. No track titles are given on the release.

Track B2 also features on DDH 1001.
This pressing is not as loud as the original.
