There wasn't enough sleeves for the total pressing, so child labour was used to create 30 unique sleeves, containing both the UK and US versions in the 2 different splatters. Hand numbered, and signed by the relevant artist, either Hazel, 6 (7 on the last ones she did!) or Nancy, 4. A few copies also contain little origami animals made by Hazel!
