The sleeve has five stamped holes in the bottom left corner of the front and the bottom right corner of the back, symbolizing bullet entrance and exit holes .

Some releases came with a foldout poster and initial copies with a neon green sticker with black/white print "EXTRABREIT in die 90er" (270 mm x 50 mm).
