Tracks A1 to B3 previously released as Extrem/Mickeyman split LP 1983.
Tracks A1 to B3 and C1 to D6 previously released on the 'Vorheilen Ist Besser Als Beugen' tape 1985.
Tracks B4 & B5 are outtakes from the 1983 LP session, previously unreleased.

LP version is limited to 1000 copies. 300 copies pressed on colored vinyl, 700 copies on black vinyl.
Issued in gatefold cover with printed innersleeves.

A stickered, numbered edition out of 60 copies on black vinyl with the last leftover foldout covers of the original 1983 split LP was made by the drummer. An additional 15 copies on color vinyl were made for friends (this).
