Tracks A1 to B3 and C1 to D6 previously released on the Extrem - Vorheilen Ist Besser Als Beugen L.P. + Demos '84 tape 1985.
Tracks B4 & B5 are outtakes from the 1983 LP session, previously unreleased.

LP version is limited to 1000 copies:
- 300 copies, one LP pressed on multicolored vinyl, one LP pressed on bicolored vinyl (this).
Copies from the band were stickered on the cover
- 700 copies pressed on black vinyl.

Issued in gatefold cover with printed inner sleeves.

A stickered, numbered edition out of 60 copies on black vinyl with the last leftover foldout covers of the original 1983 split LP was made by the drummer.
