The name of Fabrizio De André appears written as " Fabrizio De Andre' " in the front cover and in the inner of the disc, as "F. De Andrè " in the "songs by" credits on the disc label. Also on the label of the disc also appears written as " FABRIZIO DE ANDRE' "

The print has the following characteristics:
- The cover is laminated with rounded edges;
- The list of songs on the cover does not correspond to the sequence of the tracks on the disc: the song "Il gorilla" is the fourth on side B, the song "La ballate del Miche'" is the first on side B and the song "Il testamento" is the second on side A;
- On the spine of the cover there is the following text (black writing on a yellow background): "FABRIZIO DE ANDRE' VOLUME 3° STEREO";

- The label shows the “Bluebell Record” logo, the press credits “BIEM” (“Bureau International des Sociétés Gérant les Droits d'Enregistrement et de Reproduction Mécanique", 195x-1970") and the word "Stereo - Compatibile";
