Title varies on the release. On front cover (twice), cd, blu-ray and photo card, it says "Metropolis" for the title and "Fairies" for the artist. On the obi twice and CD spine (each side), it says "Metropolis ～メトロポリス～" for the title and "フェアリーズ". Went for the latter as it's referred to as such by the artist.

The first print run of this edition of the single comes with 1 out of 10 different photo cards. Pre-ordering gave you a B3-size poster of the cover art.
