NOTE: E.A.R.S organization was fraudulent, selling old, discontinued albums by mail, under the guise of being "re-released" (which they were not) for review purposes. Customers got to keep the albums but were charged a fee to rate them for "research" purposes.

Includes E.A.R.S. "Reviewer's Card" and "Program and Renewal Application" form.
