John Barry is credited erroneously for the writing of track 3, this appears to be a legacy artwork issue from track 3 of "Theme From Midnight Cowboy" from LASCD 65.

Catalogue number "LACDP65" is printed on the j-card spine. "LACDP 65" is printed on the CD face label rim. "570 333-2" is printed on the j-card spine and CD face label rim.
