The songs of the "Four Legends" album were originally older 8-track Webb Pierce recordings. They were transferred to 24-track and new vocal & instrumental backing were added. Vocal tracks were laid down at the Chelsea Recording studio in Brentwood, TN, on February 2, 1984. All other overdubs were made January 25 - February 4.The album "Four Legends" was originally released in 1985 by Pulsation Records (PL 1006).
