Almost identical to the UK Limited Edition You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby, released for National Album Day 2023, except that this European version has rights societies GEMA/BIEM on the labels (sides B & D) and "Made in the Czech Republic" both on the back cover and the labels (sides B & D). You’ve Come A Long Way, Baby has "Manufactured in the E.U." on the labels and no rights societies. The typography of the text on the labels (sides B & D) also differs and the text is in 5 lines here but in 4 lines on the UK Limited Edition.
