One of a few Fania vinyl productions totally dedicated to the spanish ballad. This is the official debut of Dominican singer Fausto Rey for the family Fania, singing in the style of singers such as Camilo Sesto, Dyango, Sandro, Leonardo Favio, Palito Ortega and Roberto Yanés. Two years after, Fausto would record a LP accompanied by Larry Harlow and his orchestra, named "La Responsabilidad" (Fania JM-551).
