Disc 1 is the completed and unedited version of the KPFK Pacifica Radio broadcast that was released as the original version of "Live ...For The Record". The Intro and Instrumental tracks are listed as track 1 on the packaging but are separate tracks on the CD. Track 22 on the CD is an untitled track which consists of guitarist Philo Cramer telling a joke. It is not listed on the packaging. The KPFK Outro is listed as a separate track on the packing but is on the same CD track as the final song, "I Love Livin' In The City".

Disc 2 is previously unreleased
