Tracks 1-5 to 1-7 are from 'In Your Face', which was released as a vinyl LP by Columbia on November 30th 1986 (BFC 40333 / C 40333).

Track 1-8, plus 2-14 to 2-16 are from the 'It's A Wonderful Life (Gonna Have A Good Time)' 12-inch vinyl EP, which was released by Columbia in December 1987 (4C 44097).

Tracks 1-9 to 1-12 are from 'Truth And Soul', which was released by Columbia on September 13th 1988.

Tracks 1-13 to 1-15* are from 'The Reality Of My Surroundings', which was released by Columbia on April 23rd 1991.

Tracks 1-16 to 1-18* are from 'Give A Monkey A Brain… And He'll Swear He's The Center Of The Universe', which was released by Columbia on May 23rd 1993.
*Tracks 1-2, 1-13, 1-15, 1-17 & 1-18 are the shortened 'single edits' of these songs.

Disc Two — 'All Tracks Previously Unavailable On CD':
Tracks 2-1 to 2-11 are previously unreleased original demo recordings (circa 1984).

Track 2-12 is from the 'Party At Ground Zero' 12-inch single, which was released in the U.S. and Japan by Columbia & CBS/Sony during 1985 (44-05326 / 12AP 3167).

Track 2-13 is a 'dub mix' from the '? (Modern Industry)' 12-inch, which was released by Columbia in 1985 (44 05223).

Track 2-17 is from the 'Bonin' In The Boneyard / Set The Booty Up Right' EP, which was released by Columbia on October 5th 1990.

Track 2-18 is a previously unreleased cover of the Parliament song 'The Goose'.
