The promotion of this album began in July 1987 with the release of the single "Corre, Corre", but during the months of August to October Televisa developed a campaign for the benefit of the victims of Tlatelolco, for the reconstruction of this housing complex after the earthquake of September 19, 1985. This was the response to the pressure exerted by the organization of the residents of Tlatelolco who demanded democratic participation in the face of emergency conditions, which abruptly manifested an accelerated expression of long-standing ruptures between the State and the middle classes of Mexican society. In this campaign Flans participated with the song Flans - Cuentas Conmigo with lyrics, music and arrangements by Amparo Rubín. This 2:45 song featured a video clip produced and directed by Emilio Larrosa, which was recorded at the Plaza de las Tres Culturas in Tlatelolco, Mexico City. The broadcasting of this video clip was also used for the release of this album on September 19, 1987 in commemoration of the earthquake that occurred in Mexico City two years earlier on the same date, and that by 1987 the community of Tlatelolco was still suffering its consequences.

La promoción de este album empezó en julio de 1987 con el lanzamiento del sencillo "Corre, Corre", pero durante los meses de agosto a octubre Televisa desarrolló una campaña en beneficio de los damnificados de Tlatelolco, para la reconstrucción de este conjunto habitacional después del terremoto de septiembre 19, 1985. Esta fue la respuesta a la presión ejercida por la organización de los residentes de Tlatelolco que exigían la participación democrática ante las condiciones de emergencia, las cuales manifestaron abruptamente una expresión acelerada de añejas rupturas entre el Estado y las clases medias de la sociedad mexicana. En esta campaña Flans participó con la canción Flans - Cuentas Conmigo con letra, música y arreglos de Amparo Rubín. Este tema de 2:45 de duración contó con un video clip producido y realizado por Emilio Larrosa, el cual se grabó en la Plaza de las Tres Culturas en Tlatelolco, Ciudad de México. La publicación de este video clip se utilizó, también, para el lanzamiento de este album en septiembre 19, 1987 en conmemoración del terremoto ocurrido en la Ciudad de México dos años atrás en la misma fecha, y que para 1987 la comunidad de Tlatelolco seguía padeciendo sus consecuencias.
