The song "Infection" and its foil "Reinfection" were some of the first to be recorded for the album 'I know who killed me'. Segue 3 was one of the segues recorded for the album. In the end, only the song "Infection" was taken from the EP to appear on the album.
"Sordid Distaste" is a rework on the instrumental parts of what used to be the cover of Pendulum's "Watercolour". This is close enough so there is still a tiny drum and bass sparkle to pay tribute to Pendulum, but this is also different enough to be considered a completely different song.
The acoustic version of "The step 2" was the last ever recording with Richard on vocals on a drunken night.
