Letterpress-printed cover machine-numbered 0001-1500. Due to various pressing plant issues only about 800 copies of the record were pressed and sold. All the rest were defective and destroyed. A very small number of copies [the first 20 or so] had covers printed on a pale green card stock. Additional unnumbered copies made for promotion.

Issued with photocopied folding insert.

Side A plays at 45 RPM, side B at 33 1/3 RPM.
