Landlieder & Frömdländer was recorded under obscure circumstances at several locations, but mostly at the Soundfarm studios, Obernau 2012-2014.
The tracklist on the bonus CD is pressed in the wrong order:
Track 2-2 should've been D'Draachejongfer, while track 2-3 should've been Ha Amen Ort Äs Blüemli Gseh.
This release includes a small note explaining this mistake, the note could be exchanged for a beer if you were ever to meet Fräkmündt.
The text from track 1-6 'D'Wandeler Prophezeyig' is a translation of Rigelithomme (the prohphecy of Thomas Wandeler), approx. 1650.
The song is listed as Wandeler Prophezeyig on the back cover while the booklet titles it D'Wandeler Prophezeyig,
Track 1-7 'Fontannegsecht' is based on a tune by Florian Hermann called Очи чёрные (Dark Eyes).
The refrain from track 1-9 'Luegid Vo Bärg Ond Tal' is based on an old Swiss folk song with the same name, the original text is slightly changed.
Track 1-12 'Simelibärg' is a tribute to S'Vreneli Ab Em Guggisbärg, one of the oldest folk songs of Switzerland.
