FRAG was a 'secret' project, and 'Controlled Coma' an 'imagined' album from 1994 by Stephen Ãh Burroughs ( Head of David, Tunnels of Ãh ).

Following the demise of Head of David, Burroughs made a conscious decision to opt out of the music business to pursue an altogether different lifestyle in the cloistered world Buddhism. An urge to create sound remained, however, and Burroughs sought to return to his industrial/concretè roots via FRAG, a project intended never to be seen or heard.

Between February - July 1994 using a Fostex X18 4 track recorder and a twisted Solina string synth, ' Controlled Coma' manifested, unheard till now on this limited edition Cruel Nature cassette (100 copies only). The recordings appear as they did in 1994.

NON - 'Physical Evidence' and Maurizio Bianchi were the driving influences for FRAG.
