Comes in a regular double CD jewel case. First run of 200 copies (the edition itself is stated to be unlimited). Nobody is credited for layout, as opposed to the original release.

Nowhere Worldwide isn't an actual label, it's rather a statement of the opposite - not released on any label, therefore not bound to a specific country.

Released as a consequence of the artist's being ripped off by Nuun Records (they never sent the artist the author's copies of the original release - and the release itself is missing from their website).
