Limited edition of 1000 copies sold only in the US via the Zappa web site - All issues came shrink rapped with a B&W paper Warning!!! sticker - The cd holder maintain a strong grip on the cd, press the centre of the holder and remove carefully. (as worded)

This issue was released in booklet measures 21x21 cm or 8x8" and is the official First release of this work
