Nearly all copies of this had to be destroyed and sent to ZTT, the label who originally released it. It was due to the fact that neither the music or artwork were cleared.

There is no tracklisting on the actual release.

Note that the two 12" versions have exactly the same cover, the only difference is that VVMTX69 has a small black sticker on the top-right corner that reads "Relax The Remixes VVMTX69 V/Vm Test Records"
