Record Society 1st pressing. Not issued on cassette. Released at the end of the transition from the "S/" numbering to the "R-", it has both numbers on the spine, as "R 02022-3-4 (6595-6-7)", with the labels using the new system, viz. "R-02022", "R-02023" and "R-02024". The S-numbers also appear as part of the label matrices, viz. S-6595, S-6596 and S-6597.

Parchment-coloured cover art, with white lining. Includes double sided b&w insert. The World Record Club logo appears on the insert, but the licensing text credits the club as the record company, and The Record Society predominates.

The Side label 6 has an incorrect track list, with Quartet No. 6 given. The correct contents are listed above.
