Fred Westbrook and Tommy Nowell wrote this song during the time of the child Atlanta murders of 1979 through 1981. Fred is an educator as well as a musician. The events in Atlanta moved him to write a song. At this time the other musicians on this song were members of the band "Strike Zone", which regularly performed at "The Purple Horse" on Hillsborough St. in Raleigh, NC. Strike Zone was managed by Harry Simmons, Simmons & Associates, the manager for Don Dixon, Arrogance and other bands in the Triangle region of North Carolina.

This is a double A side release, the same song is on both sides of the 7".
