Hailing from the mighty North Carolina hardcore scene, FROM HERE ON, were a vegan SXE metalcore band that appeared to be on the threshold of something huge. They possessed a truly crushing sound, which created songs specifically for the kids on the dance floor. Unfortunately, their early demise prevented them from unleashing possibly one of the most devastating hardcore releases of 1999. Originally scheduled for release by Endless Fight Records, it never occurred due to the band’s breaking up. A single track, “Shard Of Glass,” did happen to surface on a Redstar Records compilation CD and suddenly became a favorite among kids in the scene. TRIBUNAL RECORDS thought that the remaining music created by FROM HERE ON should not go unnoticed even if they were no longer a band. So now re-mastered for CD release, the legacy of FROM HERE ON can be heard and be given the respect that they so much deserved. Former members of FROM HERE ON are now in such prominent NC hardcore acts such as PRAYER FOR CLEANSING and AZAZEL.
