Side A is double-grooved, and the track played depends on exactly where you place the needle. The tracks on Side A are a single song divided into two parts, one beginning with a drum solo and the other with a guitar intro. Although not labelled as such, the first part is the guitar intro and the drum solo is the second part. The latter ends with a lengthy period of silence in order to calibrate both parts hitting the runout groove at the same point.

Side B was re-recorded and retitled 'Fate Of Fates' on the album Hidden World

The cover is a generic white LP jacket with the artwork pasted on. All copies also come with a poster insert. Some copies have the Fucked Up sigil stamped on the label and the plain inner sleeve while other copies don't. There is no tracklisting accompanying the record.
