Housed in a black jacket with artwork pasted on both sides. The first 10 copies have red paper artwork. The remaining 40 copies have white paper artwork [this entry].

Side A was originally released as the Demo I cassette.
Side B was originally released as the Black Mark Of The Lost Path cassette.
