Issued in a clear slim jewel case with a double sided front insert. Likely released in 2005-2007.

This is a reissue that came out in an unknown year after the October 2002 original release on CDr. It was printed under license of Shadyville Entertainment at City Printers NY (107-23 71st Road, Forest Hills, NY) per the info of a sticker on the back of the case. This sticker was on many copies that were printed by Shadyville Entertainment at City Printers NY, but perhaps not all. When this mixtape was created, other Shadyville/G Unit mixtapes were created at the same time at City Printers and shared the same CDr model & disc design, such as Lloyd Banks - Mo Money In The Bank 3 (2005) & Young Buck - G Unit City (2004).

The copy submitted here has major playback issues, and they don't appear to be because of CDr corruption/aging/deterioration as the disc appears to be in perfect working condition. There are issues such as traditional error CDr clicking from Track 8-15, but further than that there are instances such as the audio during Lloyd Banks verse dropping out completely at the start on Track 2, and 50 Cent's verse on the last track cutting off before it finishes with an abrupt cut to Missy Elliot's verse, and Missy's verse dropping out of the track later for a good minute or so. It appears DJ Whoo Kid/Shadyville supplied a corrupted master, or City Printers NY's CDr duplication services is to blame. It would be likely other copies of God's Plan duplicated by City Printers NY are like this, maybe all of them.
