Special edition packed in a black card envelope (approx 26 x 21cm), with illustrations on the front and rear. The package includes the CD and DVD in a jewel case, which also contains a fold-out lyric sheet, on the rear of which is an uncensored illustration by Frank Carter. Other contents are a translucent black-and-grey Union Jack flag (approx 77 x 50cm) and five colour photos. This edition also included an exclusive T-shirt, shipped with the item but not inside the envelope.
