Released in a lightly tinted blueish-green case: the front & back piece of the case is tinted along its edges lightly with blueish-green, with an opaque lime green CD tray. In comparison to another No Limit CD release like Kane & Abel's Am I My Brothers Keeper, these two releases have the same lime green tray but Kane & Abel has much more pronounced lime green tinting on the case, and a special heavy weight case, while this release has much less pronounced blueish-green tinting, and a standard weight for a jewel case.

A manufacture variance is that on the front cover of select copies the lighting that emits from the white centerpiece is brighter than it is on other copies. This is shown primarily in Gotti's hands (on the right); on the brighter version his hands are much more bright and mask his skin tone. You can also observe this on the lighting on his cheeks & P'heno's hands on the left. The 2nd image shown on this page is of a copy with stronger lighting.
