The track is mostly instrumental, except for one bridge featuring rap by Gang Starr and ad-libbing by Emma Bunton. This instrumental differs from the one that appears on Side B of the double-sided vinyl version (VCRTX 60).

Only 100 copies made, as per the promo sheet accompanying the release.
