Double CD housed inside a 2CD jewel case.

The artwork of this release has been duplicated from the special edition CD released in Singapore during 1997.

The quality of the printing found on the inlays is inferior to that you would expect from an officially released item. The sleeve notes for example are almost ineligible. There is also no marketing or distribution notes included on the rear inlay which is odd for a Garbage release.

The 'hype sticker' is in fact printed directly onto the cover artwork and reads:-

Both discs are factory pressed, neither of which suffer from the same printing issues which are evident on the inlay booklet.
