The interview was conducted on 7 June 2001 and the 10-page custom booklet picture sleeve features full question & answer cues printed inside, enabling programmers, producers & DJ's to give the impression that they recorded the interview in person.

No back insert. Interior pages entirely black and white. No images beyond the front cover. Mushroom logo & fine print on disc is tiny and 'blind' spot-varnished. A scanner can't detect it. Very hard to read.
