Commercial disc Garbage - Garbage repurposed as a promotional disc, the CD however has been stamped with the words "Promotional" across the disc itself.

The sticker on the jewel case reads:
"This compact disc is the property of the applicable record label and is being provided for promotional use only. Resale is unlawful and may be punishable under federal or state law"

Note:
This same sticker was also applied to a number of copies of the same commercial release where the disc wasn't stamped.
