Pre-order releases (available for pre-order until June 29 2008) shipped roughly 2 weeks before the official release date of July 14 2008 and came with a special gift in the form of a pre-cut and scored 1:8 scale paper model Minimoog synthesizer (including a miniature Minimoog manual), a manual on how to glue the model together and a handwritten card containing thanks from Mat with a real dried leave on the front.
