Black ink on white card stock, printed on inside, no insert except some copies have 1 or more black on white stickers: Gaunt "Coffee & Cigarettes", Gaunt 'But Not Forgotten', Gaunt 'Spine', 'NBT "Christ" and/or NBT "Man" design.
