Label: Generator Sound Art

Recorded at studio P.A.S.S. New York City in December 1991 during an Artist-in-Residency at Harvestworks Inc.

Icebreaker was first presented at generator sound art gallery, 547 W. 20th St., NYC, through eight speakers in total darkness from March 20 through April 5, 1992. An excerpt from ice breaker was released on Mini-Mall, Tellus CD #27

Although the four programs were created to be played together starting at approximately the same time, playing them individually and in other combinations, or varying the starting time of each CD will bring unexpected pleasures. Experiment and enjoy. Dedicated to Conrad Schnitzler.

Housed in a four fold black corrugated cover with a B&W gelatin print glued to the cover and labels glued to the inside with clear plastic sleeves for each of the four CDs. Introduction written by Gen Ken Montgomery in 1991 on the inside cover.
