"Produced for Arthur Gittleau Productions, Chicago, Illinois 60670" only features on this issue not on Gene Krupa, Anita O'Day, Charlie Ventura - Live.

Note some issues of this release was given a sticker "NOSTALGIA 136" over the GK 1468 issue number, over the plastic film wrap. This was one of Roses ploys to change the information (there is no Arthur Gittleau...) and he also released another version with another image of O'Day in the bottom right corner Gene Krupa, Anita O'Day, Charlie Ventura - Live. With Rose all information to rights, production et cetera was fake.
Please note that "NOSTALGIA 136" does not warrant a separate release entry as the only change is a sticker on the front of this release.
