Some copies have a "SINDJ-69" large white sticker attached to the Side A label. The catalogue number "SINTDJ 69" still appears on the disc labels.

Apart from the difference in the matrix/runout and the absence of the round pink hype sticker on the sleeve, this release can be visually distinguished from the other 12" promo mastered in Whitfield Street by the less sharp quality and darker colour of the disc label print.
