40 test pressing editions were sold at the Gibson Bros reunion show in Columbus, Ohio July 10, 2010 to help raise money to print the covers for the regular edition. A few copies have regular labels as well. Alternate cover with a paper label and color photograph glued to an otherwise blank white gatefold sleeve. There are 4 different photo variations, 10 of each. Includes 4-page insert with tracklist, recording info, and photocopied newspaper clippings.

Tracks A1 to B6 originally released on cassette as Old Age 007 (1986-87).

Sides A and B play at 33 RPM and sides C and D play at 45 RPM.
