Randy Edelman is credited as one of the writers of track 1-18 "Main Title/The Kiss (Gigi D'Agostino & Pandolfi Mix)", but he did not wrote this song.
This song is written by Dougie MacLean and Trevor Jones, Dougie MacLean is not credited on this release.

Track 1-8 "Silver Screen/Shower Scene" and track 1-9 "Bass, Beats & Melody" are remixed by DJ Pandolfi.
These two songs together also appeared on DJ Pandolfi's MySpace under the title "Silverbrooklyn". The track couldn't be released under that title for legal reasons.

Tracks 1-10 "Passo Passo" & 1-11 "Dominator" are the same track but had to be split into two songs for legal reasons regarding the "Dominator" sample.

Track 1-15 "Ferry Corsten - Sweet Sorrow" was mastered from a vinyl recording.

Track 2-2 "Paura E Nobiltà" is listed as "Pensando Esplicando Mix", but differs from that version released on other releases,
